"Taking a trip on the Natchez Trace without advance planning can be
somewhat difficult, as the Park Service does not permit any advertising,
either in the form of signs or in literature at their visitor's centers. I can advise you as to high points along the way and, depending on your particular interests, how long you should allow in each area. I have visited the bed and breakfasts and have worked with the innkeepers for three or four years or more.
