 We are located in what is called The Faubourg Marigny on Elysian Fields - "fields of heaven." Only five blocks from the French Quarter, Marigny blocks are short and not long like larger cities. Walk or take a cab. Local folks and return visitors know of Marigny and its reputation for its great restaurants, night clubs, and entertainment. We have many antique and art shops. Each Suite and Studio has the following:
  • Private exterior entrances with 24 hour access to rooms and garden area.
  • Baths with showers, plenty of towels/toiletries, blow dryers, magnifying mirrors.
  • Cable TV and VCR's, some DVDs, with extra TV's in the suites' bedrooms.
  • Ceiling fans, telephones, clock radios, iron and ironing board.
Rates and Information:
  • Rates range from $109 to $219; Rates higher for Festival Events.
  • Rates are for 1 or 2 persons per room, additional persons are $10 per person per night.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your Suite or Studio is ready when you arrive, of course, we'll let you in earlier. We will be happy to hold your luggage before or after your stay so you can get out on the town - we'll even give you the key.
